Hi everyone. I’m posting a Blog and article that I wrote for my Female Athletes blog. This article was published a couple of years ago when I wrote about the importance of focusing on body fat instead of pounds when you want to improve your health. Poor pounds sometimes get a bad rap, when in fact it’s more often the INCHES that we should be concerned about.
